  • Refunds are available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase.
  • Prescription medications and temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in compliance with health regulations.

2. Process for Refunds

  • Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale.
  • Custom or special-order items.

4. Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.
